Mkiva Property House Pty Ltd is a Cape Town based Property Development company, a brainchild of our Founder Ms. Nasiphi Mkiva, established in 2015. 

Nas, as affectionately known, entered the property investment and property development business in 2013, establishing and driving 3 Trust entities through which she accumulated a Multi Million Rand Property portfolio that she still manages to date.

In 2015, she took it one step further and started Mkiva Property House; from ground up, she was armed with a vision, a dream and hard work.
